dunno, on the one hand it was funny, in some kind of way, but that was so not-classic neither Freddy nor Jason to get involved in kung-fu fighting... okay, maybe Freddy actually i didn't like that movie very much, Ronny Yu better stay playing with dolls and not messing with the big boys
Good point. I saw F vs J before the other Freddy movies, admittedly, but Wes definitely did the best job in all three movies that he directed. The others would have been awesome if he'd stayed on full-time.
I saw it long after all the Elm street movies, and at least few of F13. poor Jason is surprisingly unpopular here, not that i'm a TV-addicted especially since i got PC, VCR and DVD player, but i saw all Freddy's movies on TV when i was just a little kid, but never noticed they ever put any of Friday 13th on schedule until this year and it was godawful JasonX, jeez, we watched it only because we were drunk, bored and ready to make fuckton of fun out of any movie
I bought the Elm Street movies in two sets of four, including F vs J, and watched them all in the course of the next two days. I'm addicted. Nowadays I only watch that one with the commentary on, because it's hilarious to listen to Robert Englund be a spaz. I don't believe I'll watch "Jason Goes to Space", though, I've heard too many bad things about it.
